Anatomy

Represents an adult back in a semi-supine position.
Palpable landmarks include the scapula, scapular angle, and intercostal spaces for precise localization.

 Realism

Puncture points are at the 7th-9th intercostal spaces for pleural effusion.
Simulates a noticeable empty space sensation upon puncturing, with successful puncture allowing extraction of simulated fluid.

 Cleaning

Clean with a damp cloth and neutral detergent; avoid abrasives.
Allow to dry completely before storing and keep out of direct sunlight.
