 Overview

This model simulates the upper body of an adult male, showcasing a realistic appearance with identifiable bony and muscular landmarks. It includes complete anatomical structures of the oral cavity, nasal cavity, pharynx, trachea, esophagus, and stomach, providing an authentic operational experience. It's suitable for training in oral gastric tube lavage, gastric suction techniques, and gastrointestinal decompression.

Anatomy

The model features realistic skin texture and a comprehensive internal anatomy, including a lifelike oral cavity (with teeth, tongue, and uvula) and a detailed airway (epiglottis, glottis, larynx, arytenoid cartilage, trachea). Surface landmarks are accurately positioned, with a measurement of 45-55 cm from the central incisor to the cardia.

 Realism

The model can be positioned in a lateral recumbent stance, allowing for head elevation during gastric lavage.
It supports practice in oral gastric tube lavage and machine-assisted lavage, along with gastrointestinal decompression and gastric fluid extraction.
Additionally, it detects gastric tube placement length and position, confirming correct insertion with simulated gastric fluid aspiration and audible air sounds during auscultation.

 Cleaning

Clean the simulator with a damp cloth, using warm water and neutral detergent. Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or materials.
Allow trainer to completely dry before storing.
Keep away from sunshine.
