The Hemostasis and Dressing Bleeding Training Cart is a tailored injury bleeding control system for on-site rescue training in field operations, trauma care, disaster response and other scenarios. It supports adjustable flow rates and heart rate simulation to replicate bleeding under various physiological conditions. Equipped with washable pipelines to prevent clogging and a large-capacity liquid reservoir, it requires no external pipelines or cables during operational training. Dual-channel bleeding and cleaning modes can be freely combined. When used with trauma modules, it realistically reproduces diverse trauma scenarios to facilitate training in on-site management, patient handling and transfer techniques for various traumatic injuries.

The development objective of the Hemostasis and Dressing Bleeding Training Cart is to identify problems and bottlenecks through comprehensive evaluation and assessment, and provide directions and recommendations for improvement, so as to enhance the trainees’ proficiency and overall competence in emergency rescue and on-site trauma treatment. A series of simulated medical cases will be formulated to verify practical indicators and criteria, and establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the integrated assessment of first aid operations using patient simulators. Covering rescue capability, emergency response, teamwork, medical skills and equipment application, these indicators and criteria enable comprehensive and objective evaluation of first aid performance in real-world scenarios.
