An advanced female torso simulator designed for comprehensive training in physical abdominal examination. It integrates tactile, auditory, and visual feedback to practice inspection, auscultation, percussion, and palpation within a structured teaching and assessment system.

Anatomy  

· Represents the upper half of an adult female body with clear surface landmarks.

· Features soft, smooth skin with underlying tissue of realistic density for deep palpation.

· Contains simulated, palpable internal organs including the liver and spleen, which move with respiration.

·  Internal mechanisms utilize individual drive systems and virtual enhancement technology to support examinations.

Realism  

·  Simulates abdominal (diaphragmatic) breathing with corresponding liver and spleen movement.

· Allows adjustment of organ size (over 10 levels), tenderness, and hepatic percussion pain.

·  Simulates tenderness and rebound pain in 13 specific abdominal points (e.g., gallbladder, pancreas).

·  Provides 5 vascular bruit auscultation points and 5 types of bowel sounds (normal, decreased, absent, active, hyperactive).

· Enables practice of key percussion signs, including liver dullness and gastric bubble tympany, with video demonstrations for others.

·  Includes a full teaching curriculum and an exam system with theory and practical questions, random test generation, and score tracking.

Cleaning  

Gently wipe the external silicone skin with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water or a recommended disinfectant. Avoid allowing liquids to seep into internal mechanisms. Follow the built-in fault detection alerts for maintenance, and adhere to manufacturer guidelines for preserving the model's mechanical and electronic components.
