Also please note that deliveries are Mon-Fri only. Weekends (Sat & Sun) do not count as delivery or shipping days.

Orders ship partial, which means if an item on your order is out of stock, the rest of your order will ship. No additional shipping charges apply for multiple shipments of the same order due to stock issues or multiple warehouses.

All orders ship via Fed-Ex, so no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for orders placed online. If you need USPS or other express forwarders delivery, please contact our Customer Support by either phone, fax, or email (info@panckoo.com).
