Intended use

Uterine pelvic block with female internal genital organs designed to facilitate demonstration and practice of uterine MVA (Manual Vacuum Aspiration) procedures

Technical specifications

Half female torso of hemi pelvis of adult female with major anatomical landmarks, such as pelvic cavity, spine etc. Anatomically accurate and the colour of component parts realistically replicated. Model is mounted on a board or stand and shows an anatomically accurate, open design, female pelvic cavity with uterus . Model also includes the cervix with external orifice connected to the uterus. Includes external genitalia, vaginal canal, cervix, uterus, and fallopian tube structures. Cervix features are accurately sized for dilation and insertion of MVA instruments. Uterus includes a cavity with realistic endometrial lining for training on evacuation.
